“Good” Feng Shui produces a state of being akin to feeling happy, successful, supported, welcomed, comfortable, safe and content. Who wouldn’t like more of that?

Feng Shui can be a great way to garner the interest of potential buyers. Providing a space where buyers understand the natural flow of the the property, see the positive features offered in the home and feel the balanced and welcoming energy of the home will undoubtedly create more demand. This can lead to more showings and higher offers which is music to every seller’s ears!

When Buying a Home:

Feng Shui can help you feel settled in, and at home very quickly. If you’ve ever moved, you know that getting settled in a new environment can take a while. There are always questions about how to arrange the furniture, what color should the walls be and where your prized artwork should be displayed. Well, Feng Shui can help with all of this which makes life a lot easier!

Michele received her Certification as a Feng Shui Practitioner through the Intrinsic School of Feng Shui located in St. Petersburg Florida. This program is geared towards real estate professionals and takes into account the challenges that many sellers face when preparing their home for sale.

Of course, our clients always get special treatment and Michele offers a complimentary evaluation to any client who is interested!
