In getting my home ready to list, Michele McTeague was there for support and assistance in getting the place “picture ready”! She was boots on the ground, doing touch up painting, bringing flowers and other decor to decorate and spruce up the rooms for professional pictures, and arranged to have a professional cleaner come in. Everything looked spectacular. thanks to Michele. She kept me informed and updated throughout the process, and made sure it was free of stress by answering all questions, addressing concerns and being the point of contact between myself and the prospective buyers as there were always questions on both sides. Working with Michele and Riley made the selling and buying process so easy this is the second time we’ve actually used Team McTeague because of their expertise in October 2022 we sold our home in Etna Ohio, They helped us sell our house advertised the house and because of that we had an offer with in 48 hours of the showing.
